• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session (for full sessions).

• Flexible payment options can be discussed when booking.

• Rescheduling is usually possible with notice, depending on the type of session.

• In urgent cases due to illness or sudden emergencies (24 hours’ notice) we can move the session if feasible and if scheduling of dates allows.

• Cancellations without reason or no-shows will waive the full retainer paid.
